Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship by ground shipping, which takes 2–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — right now we only ship within the U.S., but stay tuned as we grow!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $5 for the first item plus $3 for each additional item. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $100 or more.
Sizing
How do your shirts fit?
Our Men's Essential and Women's Boxy tees run true to size with a comfortable, athletic fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What is the Men's Heritage tee?
Our Men's Heritage tees are a heavyweight tee with a relaxed, roomier cut for an oversized look. Order your usual size for the intended loose fit, or size down if you prefer it closer to the body. Each style also comes in a Men's Essential tee, so you can choose the one you like.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes — every product page has its own size chart. The Men's Heritage tees use a separate heavyweight tee chart, so check the one on the page for the exact style you're ordering.
Orders & Returns
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size, so please check the size chart and contact us with any sizing questions before you order.
If your item arrives wrong, damaged or defective, email thisisreps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a free replacement, or issue a refund if a replacement isn't available. Items that have been worn, washed or altered aren't eligible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to us as soon as possible after ordering — we can make changes or cancel before the order ships, but can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.

How do I care for my REPS gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble dry low to keep the print and fabric looking sharp for longer.
